General FAQ
To book the studio at Black Dot, you can contact us at +91 – 82877 55251, or mail us at contact@blackdot.co.in for availability of required dates . A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation by email and booking amount.
We accept cash, cheque, online transfer – NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, & wallets like UPI/Paytm. Please note that payment through cheque is subject to realisation.
To visit the studios before booking, please contact us on +91 – 82877 55251 or mail us at contact@blackdot.co.in. Arriving un-announced is generally not feasible, as it might be occupied on that day, or can be closed on the day of your visit.
Cancellation will be consider if it’s done 48 hours before the shoot time, in this case 100% refund. if it’s done 24 hours before the shoot time, in this case 50% refund, Please avoid last hour cancelation in this case no refund policy .
Damages to studio fixtures or equipment should be reported immediately. Damages will be charged at actuals to replace the equipment or product to the person who has made the booking.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own props and backdrops to personalize your shoot. Our team will assist in setting up the studio according to your requirements.
The Studio space is located within a 10 min walk from the Sultanpur Metro Station. Do let out at Gate No. 1 of the Metro Station.
The studio space can comfortably accommodate a team of up to 10-12 people, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment.

Yes, we offer 1 dedicated parking space at the studio basement. Other vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the studio.
